Bundle Up Redfish!

Sunday was our first chance to get back in the saddle with the weather. Redfish were there for those willing to “bundle up”. There aren’t too many fish on the flats in the back marsh and the biggest concentrations are near lake mouths and bowls of a foot deep or so. The Lodge welcomed Vet Labs in for a three day stay at the Lodge and their patience with the weather paid off. The guests managed full limits of slots; full limits of oversized; and released another 22 before the thunder ran them off the water today. We are working bait over pot holes.

With the weather on the mend, this week is going to be “on”. Come home when you can!
