Trout green with slicks popping and bait getting blown out of the water has had us dialed in on the Trout as we start to settle out a bit weather wise. Area shell pads are producing solid Trout on live and artificial baits. Black Drum and Redfish dug us out of hole on a wind pop with guests of RSG and the bays were a mess briefly. As things settled out we started right back in on the Trout with guests managed limits wading and boat fishing.
Airboat Trips
Capt. Chris Cady ran into trouble with scattered fish in the back marsh before finally digging it out on a solid bite late in the day for guests of RSG on Thursday. One of the guests had never been salt water fishing before, and he said "between the airboat ride; limiting on Redfish; and fishing with Capt. Chris Cady it was just the best trip ever". We love the feedback, thanks a bunch!
