Hey man i just wanted to say thanks for that trip.... it was by far one of the best trips weve ever been on........ ive done alot of fishing, I mean tons, with my grandad being a guide on Lake Somerville for whites and hybrids mainly..... but man that was just awesome i mean totally awesome and like i said earlier we appreciate every bit of what you did..... I didnt write the days down that are available for this month could you email them to me if you dont mind and when can we book a trip, we're dying to get back with Coastal Waterfowl!

Kris Kelley is a very knowledgeable guide and the only one I will spend my hard earned money with. Why waste it on a gamble elsewhere? I have fished with the 'The Guru" as I like to call him on at least 6 occasions and have NEVER left disappointed. The simple fact is that he goes the extra mile. I have entertained clients with him and plan on taking my family out on a trip with him when they arrive next spring from England.

I don't know how he does it, but he does it!

Just a note to say thanks for the hospitality and the great food! Best blackened fish and grilled shrimp ever! Even though the fishing was not great, it was a pleasant stay as always.

I just wanted to thank you both again for such a wonderful stay and day trip last week. I didn't think we would catch anything but hard heads and bull sharks with the water and wind the way it was but you found a way to chisel out a good box at the end of the run with both Joe and I striking full limits. Thank you also for all of your advice in the hunting/fishing guide and lodge business. I also plan to get the business cards you sent my way out to several of the sporting goods stores around here and hopefully sending you some more business in the future. If you are ever interested in networking hunts with another central Texas ranch, we might also be
looking at some options.

Anyway, I have never felt so at home as I did with you guys. You made us all feel like family and guide better than anyone else I have ever seen or heard about. Thank you again for the memories and I plan to see you again soon.The

We enjoyed the trip! That is all we could talk about the rest of the day. It was almost disappointing, in the fact that we caught 4 limits of trout in less than an hour. By no means am I complaining, but that just shows you know what you are doing. I am looking forward to going with you in the near future again and will without doubt recommend using you as a guide in Seadrift. Thanks for the pictures, the fishing tips, and most of all putting us on the fish!

I didn’t see you when we got back on Saturday, so I wanted to take a second and let you know what a great guide James was this past Saturday. I have to be honest, I was a little worried when 10:30am rolled around and we only had 2 in the boat. But as soon as he brought us back to the spot we started out on before the porpoise showed up, it was on! We were all “bowed up” after that! I have been hooked on fishing for Red’s ever since my 33 inch that I caught with you 2 years ago. It was a blast to be catching something that actually put up a fight!

Thanks for showing us how to do it and paying such attention to detail on trying to make us better
fishermen. I get tired of paying other guides to drive the boat and get out and outfish us without even being in earshot of us to tell us how they are doing it.
It's like they are just cab drivers, "We're here boys!
Go get 'em!" You truly do "guide". My other friends couldn't believe it when I told them you didn't even
pick up a rod the whole time we were there! They were quite impressed and grumbled about how their "driver" took them to some places without even explaining why
they went there, much less what to do to maximize their success while they fished. Thanks again for a
great experience and will be calling you again in the future.
