This is the perfect blast portion of a cast and blast trip. Hog hunting Texas and Texas Whitetail deer hunting are excellent combinations to guided fishing trips. Duck hunting lodges have a hard time keeping up with us when it comes to nighttime activities! Team Coastal Big Game is proud to have the best seasoned professional Hog Dog "Teams" on the Texas Gulf Coast. Our hogs are Feral and Russian/Feral crosses. They range in size from 90 to well over 250Lbs and are as mean as a junkyard dog. This is an excellent opportunity for the experienced hunter looking for a new "nighttime" adventure. It’s also a great way to round out an awesome day of saltwater fishing.
Our "Teams" consist of experienced dog handlers using "teams" of Strike and Catch Dogs. Your blood will be pumping once the Strike Dog bays a Hog. When this happens, the Catch Dogs are released and the chase is ON! Once the hog is penned by the Catch Dogs, it's time to get in the fight! Assisted by our handlers, we'll show you and your companions how to "bring home the bacon".
We also have excellent hunting with rifle or pistol from stationary blinds over baited locations. Sorry, no bow hunting. Rifles are available upon request. We charge $150.00 per hog plus cleaning of $75.00 per animal. Whether hog hunting with dogs or hunting from our blinds, these trips have a high degree of success.
Other nighttime activities include guided Flounder Gigging. Flounder Gigging Texas waters is an exciting night trip in and of itself.
This trip was a "blast!" Kris, Mark and all the guides and staff were great! We had bluebird skies and still killed ducks and geese! My hat goes off to them! If you are serious about hunting give these guys a call. You will NOT be disappointed.
